The role:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Marketing Team in Stockholm. Your main responsibilities include implementing marketing projects, producing promotional materials, editing content, and collaborating with creators in different markets.
Our ideal candidate is able to interpret user behavior and suggest creative ways to increase app downloads and user retention. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies, we want to meet you!
Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Some of your daily adventures will include:
Build creative concepts, create and edit content while keeping a close eye on the trends within Social Media
Organize and coordinate marketing activities
Design and implement new marketing projects
Reach out, coordinate, and communicate with Influencers
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing our marketing data
Conduct research to analyze our users behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends, and preferences)
To thrive at Stepler, you should:
Be a self-motivated spirit with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Experience with research methods using data analytics software
Be comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
Have excellent communication skills in English
